LinkedIn (December 15, 2023) – Today, we are proud to share the values of our clean energy infrastructure platform. At NewCarbon, we feel it important to infuse a bias toward action in everything we do. As such, our values represent organizational behaviors that operationalize our vision and that set the tone for our interactions with customers, employees, investors and other stakeholders.

  • We are maniacal about delighting the customer. We believe that customer loyalty is the foundation of success. We secure the customer before we invest in the solution.
  • We are doers. We approach the smallest and largest of tasks with the same level of rigor and vigor. We believe in developing informed opinions quickly and acting decisively.
  • We embrace failure. We believe that taking calculated risks through the lens of our customer-led management model allows us to fail cheaply, lower customer acquisition cost and deliver superior returns when we succeed.
  • We are radically transparent. We believe that actively developing the skills to give and receive constructive feedback in the open cements trust and results in higher performing teams.
