Chicago, IL (July 24, 2024) – NewCarbon is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP), CenterPoint Energy, and other partners to evaluate the economic impact of converting, redeveloping, and repurposing CenterPoint’s aging energy assets across the Evansville, Indiana region. This work will be supported by an award from the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM).
